Why this page exists

Cesar, you don’t know me. I’m Matthew, and I build websites for contractors on the California coast. I built this one before asking, because it is easier to look at a real page than to listen to a pitch.

Here is what I noticed, and it is the whole reason I picked you. Your Google listing has 69-plus photos of your work and two five-star reviews, and under “Add missing information” it still says “Add website.” Someone who likes what they see has nowhere to go except the phone number. The work is the hard part, and you have already done it.

Everything on this page is already yours. Eight of your own photographs, your hours and phone number off your listing, both reviews word for word, and the license details from the state register. Even the orange is yours: it is sampled off the logo on your work shirt. Nothing is stock and nothing is invented. If a detail is wrong, it is wrong because I read it wrong, and I’d want to know.

Here is the free fix. Charles writes that you have done numerous repairs and projects on his rental properties. Customers who come back like that are the easiest reviews to ask for, and two reviews undersells 69-plus photos of work. Ask your last few customers to leave one. It costs nothing, and it would help more than anything I can build.

$950 flat if you want it, live in about a week on a domain in your name, and you own everything: the domain, the files, all of it. If it is not for you I will take it down, no hard feelings.
